Services & Pricing

Training

Adult Personal Training:

75 minutes/$75 per person per session (12 week and 2 session per week minimum commitment)

Youth Personal Training:

60 minutes/$65 per person per session (12 week and 2 session per week minimum commitment)

Assisted Stretching:

30 minutes/$40, 45 minutes/$55 (12 week and 2 session per week minimum commitment)

Program Design:

Nutrition

Nutrition Consulting:

$150 per month with a 12 month commitment

Gut Optimization:

$75 per month with a 12 month commitment (free for nutrition clients)

Coaching

Individualized Coaching:

$350 per month with a 12 month commitment (coaching includes 2 in-person training sessions per week, program design for training on your own, individualized nutrition consulting/planning/programming, gut health optimization, and unlimited access to your coach as needed)
